Real Sol Wellness believes strongly in calisthenic exercises, and individualized yoga training to attend to imbalances/ disease.
To get effective results, one must exercise from three to fours times each week. By establishing a regular exercise routine, the client will feel comfortable executing their individualized exercises, on their own.
Exercises focus on 5 pillars of fitness: strength, endurance, balance, mobility, body composition and flexibility.
Originally, a Yoga was a practice given by a teacher, to a client as a personalized plan, to treat the clients conditions, and strengthen the system, holistically. For example, a person with acidy reflux would not benefit from headstands, but wide-legged forward folds would do the trick to cool down the digestive system.
